They arranged the shuttle rides around my work schedule and had my vehicle ready to go within the next business day. One of the best things about Shade Tree Auto is that they text you the inspection report for your vehicle so you can click on a hyperlink to review it before discussing it with them. The report includes photos of the issues (dirty air filter, blown tire, etc.) so you can actually see the damage and don’t just have to take the shop’s word for it.
