At Shade Tree Auto, we try to make your car repair service as simple as possible. Whether it’s a routine oil change, or you have a serious issue you need help diagnosing, we will treat you and your car with care and transparency while providing you various benefits that help improve your experience.
Digital inspections
We don’t want to tell you what’s wrong with your car, we want to show you. Your digital inspection will include a complete report of your vehicle’s state of health, technician notes, pictures, and even videos to help pinpoint exactly what the issue is and where it is located. These get sent to you through text following your appointment.
Customer office
If you’re needing to get some work done while you wait for your car, we have an office complete with high-speed WiFi, a coffee bar, and free sodas, waters, and complimentary snacks.
Pick-up & drop off
We try to offer options during your car appointment that allow you to continue with your day without interruption from us. This includes shuttle service, loaner cars, pick-up service, a drop-off box to leave your keys, or the choice for you to wait in our lounge.
Text updates & reminders
You’re busy and we understand that which is why we give you the opportunity to sign up for text updates on the status of your car as well as reminders afterward so you don’t have to worry about when to schedule your next appointment.
